-Burrata with roasted golden beets & radicchio, Champagne vinegar, mint & olio nuovo

-Pasta alla Bolognese with hand-made egg noodles & Parmigiano Reggiano

-Range Brothers slow-cooked roast pork with a stew of broccoli Romanesco, cheddar cauliflower, baby artichokes & maple-wood smoked bacon

DOLCE
-Chocolate Neopolitan bitter-sweet pudding

COOKING CLASS DINNER PARTIES
Gather a group of friends together and attend one of James' regional Italian cooking class dinners, offered weekly at his home in Cole Valley. Don't like to cook but like to eat? No problem, come hang out and watch the action. All clases are $65 a person (unless otherwise noted) and include wine & step-by-step recipes. Way more fun than the book club! Plus you have the chance to win a different Breville kitchen appliance each month. The more you come the greater your chances of winning.
